New This Year... Fitness Club

 

It's nothing new, working out increases the blood flow to the brain helping us retain important information. We also know that everyone should get 60 mins of Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity every day. This is a club to help us wake up, get moving, and live healthier. 

 

Details..

for= grade 4-8 graders and teachers

When=every Tuesday and Thursday 

Time=7:45am - 8:20am

Where=Auxillary Gym

 

The equipment will be set out ready for use. There will be a suggested workout that you can join in or you can workout on your own.
