I'm origianally from a small town in Wisconsin called Cottage Grove. It is located just East of Madison. I moved out to Coloraodo over 10 years ago and fell in love with the mountains. I worked as a river guide on the Arkansas River and then a fly fishing guide based out of Summit County. 

 

After a few years I moved down to the Denver to finish my degree as a K-12 Physical Educator. I graduated from Metro State University in May of 2011 and moved to Avon, CO with my husband Steve. We just recently bought our own place in Eagle where we live with our 2 dogs, Pathes and Lily.

 

I'm dedicated to Physical and Health Education. I've worked on the State Board for PE and Health, presented at numerious teacher conferences, and worked on the Eagle County curriculum team creating the Physical Education Curriculum for K-12. This fall I will also be starting my Masters in Physical Education and Physical Activity Leadership through the University of Northern Colorado.

 

I'm looking forward to a fantastic year at HPS.
